1. Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by 7 Kapı Cafe & Restoran (Seyrancık Mah. Demirciler Cad. No: 56, 14800 Mudurnu / Bolu) as data controller, as described below.

2. Data we process

Through the reservation form: your name, phone number, optionally your email address, the date/time and size of your booking, any occasion and notes you choose to share. Technically: the IP address and browser information needed to run the site securely (hosting logs).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to receive your booking request, hold your table and contact you to confirm it, on the legal bases of performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). We never use it for marketing.

4. Transfers

Your booking request reaches us through the site’s hosting (Cloudflare or the hosting company serving the website), an email delivery service (Resend or the hosting company’s mail server) and Telegram, which we use for internal instant notifications. These providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers are limited to what is needed to deliver your booking and comply with Art. 9 KVKK. Booking details are never sent to analytics or advertising services. Data may be shared with authorities where legally required.

5. Retention

Booking details are kept for no longer than 6 months after the booking date, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and maps

Without your explicit consent no analytics or marketing cookies are used and no request is sent to Google. If you consent, Google Analytics runs through Google Tag Manager; see our Cookie Policy for details and how to change your choice. Google Maps only loads when you press “Show map”, in which case Google’s own privacy terms apply.

7. Your rights

Under Art. 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages. Write to merhaba@7kapi.com or to the address above; requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
